There are LOTS of other very good restaurants just a short drive from the theater, these are just some of our favorites. And 1-6 are family owned and operated. Click on any of the restaurant Names to go to their website.

1. Tutti Mangia and Eddie’s Italian Eatery

Tutti: 102 Harvard Ave, Claremont, California - (909) 625-4669

Eddie’s: 1065 W Foothill Blvd, Claremont, CA 91711 - (909) 398-1985

The first is more upscale, the second a family-friendly Italian restaurant. Both serve delicious Italian food and both are patrons of IVRT and will take good care of you when you say you are going to the play.

2. Chase's La Verne

2136 Third Street, La Verne, CA (909) 596-6810

Oak-fired grill, indoor and outdoor seating, cozy and fun hangout. Be sure to check out the new "backyard" and tell them you're going to the theater!

3. Viva Madrid

225 Yale Ave, Claremont, CA - (909) 624-5500

Tapas and wine, really cool, fun place.

4. SACA’s

248 West 2nd Street, Claremont, CA - (909) 624-3340

Very informal, family-owned, the best falafel in town.

5. The Danson/Espiau's

109 Yale Ave, Claremont, CA - (909) 621-1818

Used to be 2 restaurants back in the day, now combined into one. Sandwiches AND Mexican food. Mexican salad is very good (but ask to go easy on the cheese). Really good milkshakes.

425 West Foothill, Claremont, CA - (909) 625-8992.

It is right there in the theater's south parking lot, next door to Trader Joe's, a tiny little hole in the wall that's family owned. Argentinian food specializing in delicious empanadas.

7. And of course, Buca di Beppo

Yes it's a chain but hey, it's right there in the parking lot. Also, there are photos of the IVRT founders's parents throughout the restaurant. Really!
